Please email your pets name and a photo of your pet to info@supremepawsupply.com immediately after placing your order. Please include your order number as well!
If we do not receive a pet name we will produce the mat without a name. Due to the mat being custom and made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled after ordering.
Please select the desired font and background color according to the photo below and please include the info in your email along with your pets name and photo.
We will choose font randomly if no font selected.
Please try to send the best photo of your pet, we suggest a front-facing photo of your pet, provide or take a photo from their head to their chest in a well-lit area.
