This jacket is a wind breaker. I loved the fit on my frenchie/pom I got him an XL and it fits well he's already a year old so I believe he's at his full size. He is 18-20lbs. The feel of the jacket is a little thicker than your typical wind breaker. I am happy with my purchase. I recommend this website. The shipping took about 1 month but its worth the wait.

I read the size charts and compared the suggested measurements to that of my dog’s. However, once the item was received (about the 6 weeks after order), the item was too small. Shame, because I really liked the design. Just wished he was able to wear it.

The size i ordered was too small i requested an exchange in doing so I was told to send it to a address that was provided to me i asked for an invoice for the item to return it with so I'd have so.e sort of proof of sending it back in addition to the tracking i would get once I sent it back.
