They replied that they would “look into it” After 4 days went by they replied that the item I ordered was not in stock and to email them what I would want as a replacement. I demanded a refund of $80 saying I no longer want anything and have yet to hear back. Scam of a website.

It took over two weeks to get delivered and when it arrived, it was missing the plastic clip piece to clip it to the car vent! I’ve emailed them over and over and all I get back is a reply every couple of days saying their “fulfillment team is working on it.” There is no phone number for this company’s customer service, nobody has any sense of urgency to resolve this matter or to send me the clip piece or a new product. So… I’m a month in, a loss of almost $50, with a product here that I cannot use. I’ll never order from this company again. Which is disheartening bc they sell products that are hard to find elsewhere.
