Dog Face Down VestThis company is ridiculous. My items did not fit and I ordered the largest size available. I was unable to return for a refund only store credit to purchase more items that won’t fit. Read fine print carefully before purchasing anything from this company. Very disappointing!

I placed an order on December 27,2022 and I received a tracking link only after my inquiry on 1/11/23 and the link still offers no information as to when it will be received as of today. I requested to cancel and have been denied and offered a store credit. The service is unacceptable.

Never received this item.I ordered the black puffer vest 10/26/22 and never received it. I’ve emailed 5 times and they keep putting me off saying it take 12-20 business days. Please wait 10 more days. I still have NOT received this. I do NOT recommend this company.

Ordered a jacket from this site. They sent a fake order confirmation email when I went to track my order it said “order not found” I emailed the company for the corrected confirmation information. They replied that they would “look into it” After 4 days went by they replied that the item I ordered was not in stock and to email them what I would want as a replacement. I demanded a refund of $80 saying I no longer want anything and have yet to hear back. Scam of a website.

Horrible customer service! Beware!!After taking the time to measure my dog and find the right fit on the size guide provided on this website for reference, I received a dog jacket that was not at all aligned with the provided measurements and fits about 2-3 sizes smaller. I have sent numerous emails to the only contact provided to no response.

Great Customer SupportI recently made a purchase but unfortunately the size I needed was not available. Instead of just giving me a simple refund like anyone else would have done they offered me the opportunity to purchase something else and they offered to give it to me for the same price as the one I bought originally. Modern Frenchie Car DiffuserI ordered the black version of this product over a month ago! It took over two weeks to get delivered and when it arrived, it was missing the plastic clip piece to clip it to the car vent! I’ve emailed them over and over and all I get back is a reply every couple of days saying their “fulfillment team is working on it.” There is no phone number for this company’s customer service, nobody has any sense of urgency to resolve this matter or to send me the clip piece or a new product. So… I’m a month in, a loss of almost $50, with a product here that I cannot use. I’ll never order from this company again. Which is disheartening bc they sell products that are hard to find elsewhere.
