Just used my 2 car seats for the first time todayI have 2 Westies, both 16 lbs. On a ride to a car dealership the retaining strap/leash ripped right out of the seat. So our girl had to ride in my daughter’s lap the rest of the way for safety. I gave the product 2 stars as UT looks like a LV product. Unfortunately the quality is very poor since it broke upon first ride in the seat. Very disappointed.

Bad BusinessI will never order from this company again. I placed an order on December 27,2022 and I received a tracking link only after my inquiry on 1/11/23 and the link still offers no information as to when it will be received as of today. I requested to cancel and have been denied and offered a store credit. The service is unacceptable.

Ordered a jacket from this site. They sent a fake order confirmation email when I went to track my order it said “order not found” I emailed the company for the corrected confirmation information. They replied that they would “look into it” After 4 days went by they replied that the item I ordered was not in stock and to email them what I would want as a replacement. I demanded a refund of $80 saying I no longer want anything and have yet to hear back. Scam of a website.

Horrible customer service! Beware!!After taking the time to measure my dog and find the right fit on the size guide provided on this website for reference, I received a dog jacket that was not at all aligned with the provided measurements and fits about 2-3 sizes smaller. I have sent numerous emails to the only contact provided to no response.

Great Customer SupportI recently made a purchase but unfortunately the size I needed was not available. Instead of just giving me a simple refund like anyone else would have done they offered me the opportunity to purchase something else and they offered to give it to me for the same price as the one I bought originally. I was so excited when I order this dog seat, loved the style and pattern. It took a month before I received it only to be disappointed at how poorly it was made. There is nothing safe about this dog seat. The front and sides do not hold up, my dog is 6.4 lbs the front folds when he puts his weight on it. I cannot trust that he would survive if ever in an accident.

Modern Frenchie Car DiffuserI ordered the black version of this product over a month ago! It took over two weeks to get delivered and when it arrived, it was missing the plastic clip piece to clip it to the car vent! I’ve emailed them over and over and all I get back is a reply every couple of days saying their “fulfillment team is working on it.” There is no phone number for this company’s customer service, nobody has any sense of urgency to resolve this matter or to send me the clip piece or a new product. So… I’m a month in, a loss of almost $50, with a product here that I cannot use. I’ll never order from this company again. Which is disheartening bc they sell products that are hard to find elsewhere.

They got the order out right away, then helped when I ended up needing a size exchange. Everyone was personable and efficient and I really appreciated their help. Now my puppy has a great coat that keeps her warm, dry, and looking adorable 🙂
