Currently, there is no exact science to measuring your pet for dog collars, harnesses or clothes. We would like to make it easier on you to make a decision by providing a few quick tips that we consider when sizing our products. Sizing varies product to product – please check each products sizing chart for appropriate sizing.
The two main measurements you want to focus on are your dogs chest and back length. The most important measurement is your dogs chest measurement in most cases.
Full-grown frenchies wear size XXL in most of our clothes comfortably for reference.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Where do your items come from?
My order has shown the same status for more than 21 days – what can I do?
Please contact us at info@supremepawsupply.com if your package has shown the same status for an extended period of time. Any packages that experience delivery issues will be repackaged and reshipped.
Eligible packages may not show a confirmed delivery status from a third party mail courier. If your package shows confirmed as delivered we suggest contacting your local courier to request additional information on where the package was delivered.
