Bad BusinessI will never order from this company again. I placed an order on December 27,2022 and I received a tracking link only after my inquiry on 1/11/23 and the link still offers no information as to when it will be received as of today. I requested to cancel and have been denied and offered a store credit. The service is unacceptable.

Fraudulent PageThey took my money for an order that they don’t have in stock and refuse to refund me. They also didn’t post my other 1 star review which makes me think others with a negative experience don’t get their reviews posted.

Ordered a jacket from this site. They sent a fake order confirmation email when I went to track my order it said “order not found” I emailed the company for the corrected confirmation information. They replied that they would “look into it” After 4 days went by they replied that the item I ordered was not in stock and to email them what I would want as a replacement. I demanded a refund of $80 saying I no longer want anything and have yet to hear back. Scam of a website.

Horrible customer service! Beware!!After taking the time to measure my dog and find the right fit on the size guide provided on this website for reference, I received a dog jacket that was not at all aligned with the provided measurements and fits about 2-3 sizes smaller. I have sent numerous emails to the only contact provided to no response.

Great Customer SupportI recently made a purchase but unfortunately the size I needed was not available. Instead of just giving me a simple refund like anyone else would have done they offered me the opportunity to purchase something else and they offered to give it to me for the same price as the one I bought originally. They have gone out of their way to make me a happy customer. I am definitely going to be making future purchases. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Modern Frenchie Car DiffuserI ordered the black version of this product over a month ago! It took over two weeks to get delivered and when it arrived, it was missing the plastic clip piece to clip it to the car vent! I’ve emailed them over and over and all I get back is a reply every couple of days saying their “fulfillment team is working on it.” There is no phone number for this company’s customer service, nobody has any sense of urgency to resolve this matter or to send me the clip piece or a new product. So… I’m a month in, a loss of almost $50, with a product here that I cannot use. I’ll never order from this company again. Which is disheartening bc they sell products that are hard to find elsewhere.

COZY FALL COATThere was a glitch with the original order but after reaching out, Jona and the Supreme Paw team were great! They got the order out right away, then helped when I ended up needing a size exchange. Everyone was personable and efficient and I really appreciated their help. Now my puppy has a great coat that keeps her warm, dry, and looking adorable 🙂
